Parmesan Crusted Chicken is a delicious, juicy baked chicken with a crusty brown top. This chicken takes about 5 minutes prep work to get into the oven and then cooks in 20 minutes; I couldn't believe how fast it was to prepare!
Parmesan Crusted Chicken
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 pounds)
4 teaspoons Italian seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a sheet pan by lining with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Place chicken breasts on prepared sheet pan. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over mayonnaise. Season as desired with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
